Video Reporting

Video reporting shows % of videos sent. HOWEVER in cases where leads come in with a phone number only and no email, and the customer has NOT opted in, the system will count that as no video sent. If a video cannot be sent, it shouldn't be counted as a missed opportunity to send one. I'd imagine there are people other than us who want to utilize this report for pay plans... Thank you - Braxton Johnson GM

Hiya Braxton Johnson, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you clarify how you currently use the video reporting feature for pay plans?
- Are there specific scenarios where you would like the system to differentiate between videos not sent due to lack of opt-in versus other reasons?
- Would you like to see any additional metrics or data points in the video reporting feature?

Shelby Parker Thanks for the quick reply:
- We will be utilizing the video sent report as a component of pay plans. ie video to internet lead % must be over 90% to qualify for a bonus, if below, no bonus.
- If the system is measuring leads where no video can be sent (no email and no opt in) I cannot blame the salesperson for not making a video, as they have no physical way to get it to the customer. Therefore, the reporting cannot be trusted. Dirty data. It would be ideal to measure the percentage of videos to leads on only leads that we are able to send videos on... or at least break out the opted in / out in a separate field so we can sort the data ourselves.
- Opted in out is critical for video reporting. I highly suggest including only opted in + leads with emails as those measured. If not, we must have the ability to break it out non opted in customers ourselves to gather the clean data.
