Looking to be able to resend a video from customer profile once its already been sent. Say I sent to their phone but now would like to resend to their email. Additionally longer video capabilities would be great. 2 Min is way to short in some instances!

- What specific video length would be ideal for your needs?
- How often do you find the need to resend videos to different contact methods?
- Are there any specific file formats or quality requirements for the videos you send?

1.) 5min would suffice without being too extreme I believe!
2.) Very often, seems they wont receive (or think they didn't get anything), and then request "oh hey just email it over would ya?" At that point we need to go retake the entire thing.
3.) No but i will say formatting seems odd. i have a s24 ultra and had to severely downgrade my video quality and videos still look a bit jumpy or not very stabilized.
