Just to make sure we capture it the right way: when you say “vehicle was sold,” what scenario do you mean (sold to someone else, sold by your dealership, or the customer bought elsewhere)? At what point in your process would you typically mark the lead as DEAD for this reason? And once that category is selected, what should change on your end — is it mainly for cleaner reporting/filters, to stop future follow-ups, or just better visibility?
