Value Tab - Include Lienholder or Bank Information

My previous CRM had an "equity" tab that provided insight that customer's current loan info much like the "value" tab. Unlike my other CRM, the "value" tab does not provide information on how much is owed and the lienholder - all of which is valuable knowledge to have when formulating an approach.

How about showing the name of the bank for a customer that purchased/leased a vehicle from us where it has the delivered deal summary.

Great to hear your perspective, Brendan Kelly! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you clarify where exactly in the delivered deal summary you would like the bank name to be displayed?
- Is there any specific format or additional information related to the bank that you would like to see along with the bank name?
- How would displaying the bank name in the delivered deal summary improve your workflow or customer experience?

- Right by where it says the term of financing.
- It would be nice to see the date of maturity on leases/last payment date.
3.When it comes to leasing, we can't trade all leasing companies we work with and plus it would make it easier to pull a payoff when we know what bank it was. It would also be nice when a customer calls you and asks you that simple question and i have to go to a manager to look it up.
With the financing end it would give you an idea if it was a sub-vented credit bank, incentivized rate, credit union?

Our finance team is slammed and always busy, we have customers call the salesmen often asking what bank they need to make 1st payment because the bank has not sent anything to them yet and its time for a payment. It woukd be nice to just answer the question rather then try to get finance on the phone.

deal cards should include amount financed and what bank they are financed at.

Hiya Matthew Martin, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more details on the specific information you would like to see in the 'value' tab?
- How did the 'equity' tab in your previous CRM help you in formulating an approach?
- What is the importance of having the lienholder's information in the 'value' tab?
