Uploading Video Time

Videos are taking a long time to upload and sent to customers. Sometimes it takes 24 hours to upload. Please fix this.

Hey James Hibbert — sorry you’re running into this, and thanks for calling it out. To help us narrow down what’s causing the 24-hour delays: are you uploading from the mobile app or desktop, and where are customers supposed to receive/view the video (text, email, or inside DriveCentric)? Does the slowdown happen every time or only intermittently, and is it worse for certain videos (longer files vs shorter ones)? Also, when you say it “takes 24 hours,” is that the upload finishing on your side, or the point when the customer can actually view it?

Shelby Parker We are uploading it using the mobile app. Happens often and it takes forever to upload only to push over to the customer once its sent over.
