We came across a situation where we wanted to document photos in a customers file for dealership access only. This isn't possible at this time but we feel it would be very helpful to be able todo so.

AMBER GRAY, thank you for submitting this request. This functionality exists today! You can use Portal in a Customer Card to store files (including images) specific to that customer and for your dealership to view. While you can send a secure link for your customer to upload files, these files are only visible to the dealership. The customer does not have access to view them.

Shelby Parker My Boss and I use Drive Centric to document notes for concern guests, issues, and reminders for our service dept. also. Had an incident where uploading a photo of a coupon that a guest had photo copied and had been using since 2018. Would be very beneficial to be able to share that info in guest files for all employees to be educated on the situation.
