It would be nice to be able to upload our own photos to customer profiles for internal use, similar to leaving a "note".

Thanks for sharing this, Bobby Peters — totally hear how having “internal use” photos on a customer profile (similar to a note) could make things a lot smoother for your team. To make sure we’re thinking about this the right way: what’s the primary use case for the photos (vehicle condition, ID/verification, trade-in details, service history, etc.)? Who should be able to see them (everyone on your dealership staff, or only certain roles/teams)? And should the photos be attached to a specific note/activity, or just live on the customer profile as general reference?
