New update for the conversation tab looks bad and feels worse. Also, the trade in tab on the mobile app is bad too. Everything was perfect now its all slowly being ruined just because people feel like they always have to update stuff that's not even broken.

Jacob Coleman it doesnt update in real time, I have to refresh to see new messages. I have to manually change from unreplied back to all. I can only see one of my stores at a time, or all. This needs to go back to how it was before.

Hi Lindsey, thank you for the candid feedback! We've heard similar feedback We're already planning updates for two of the issues you mentioned: Defaulting to the All inbox, and allowing you to select multiple stores in the dropdown.
As far as the real time update issue you mentioned - Both the Conversations Tool and the Customer Card Conversations Tab should update anytime a new message comes in, so that you do see it in real time. Can you write in to Support the next time this happens, so that we can see why it may not be updating as quickly for you?
