deals that are "up for grabs". I get multiple notifications on my phone that there's an up for grabs, but when you click on the first it is blank then I click on the second and it says already tied to someone else. It does this for every up for grabs after hours. How can it be up for grabs if it is already tied to someone else?

Thanks for posting this, CW WALKER — totally hear how confusing (and frustrating) that would be. A couple quick questions so we can narrow down what’s happening after hours: when you tap an “Up for Grabs” notification, what are you expecting to see/do (view the deal details, claim it, or both)? Does this happen every time after hours or only with certain “Up for Grabs” deals? And do you have a sense if others are getting the same alert and grabbing it around the same time, or are you usually the first to open it?

Shelby Parker it happens on every up for grabs deal whether it be day night after hours. I was told it was a glitch so I was asked to update the app, delete reinstall the app to no avail, but after communicating this with my peers 98% are having the same issue. If we’re all having this same issue how is it up for grabs? I’ve been using this CRM for years and this is the first time I’ve seen this. I’m confused as to how could it be tied to someone else when we’re all having the same issue, plus if it is tied to someone else how is it up for grabs?
