Untracked Texts - Mark as Spam

The Text Message feature added to the CRM tracks any texts that come into the system without a customer card. Sometimes, these may be "spam," but they are still sent to a dealership number. DriveCentric won't block you from seeing these text messages sent to the work lines; There is no way to mark a text or number as spam within DriveCentric. Creating a feature request to find a solution for this issue.

- Can you provide examples of the types of messages you would consider as 'spam'?
- What actions would you like to take on a message or number marked as spam?
- Would you prefer an automatic spam detection feature or a manual one where you mark the messages as spam?
