Unrestricted Email Blasts

I see the vision of why customers can only get one email blast in a certain amount of time, but the restriction should be up to the dealership, not the CRM.
If a limit is absolutely needed, it should limit it every 12 hours.

Correct me if I am wrong but the limited email blast is so that we do not get black listed and so that our regular emails do not get sent to spam .

we would happily pay for dedicated IP address to remove this restriction on our accounts, but we were informed that was not an option. During the holidays these restrictions are very limiting on eblast sending.

Hiya Alyssa Herdrich, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more context on why you would like to send more than one email blast within a short period of time?
- What is the maximum number of email blasts you would ideally like to send in a 24-hour period?
- Could you share any specific scenarios where the current restriction has impacted your dealership's operations?

Shelby Parker We have a marketing team that sends out email blasts. We'd also like to send out other types of emails for different reasons. Maybe the morning we'd have an email that looks personalized specifically to them and later an email going over service specials that looks like a generic business email.
I don't think there should necessarily be a maximum amount. If a dealer is abusing the email blast system they're only hurting themselves. But it would make sense to be able to send at least 2 blasts daily to the same people. Not necessarily a time restraint or amount limit either.
Another negative is that when scheduling an email blast it goes to only the people who haven't been blasted in a set amount of time. So if you just blasted 4k people and schedule the same day you might only be scheduling to 25 people and it will not change on the day of sending whether they received a blast or not in 48h.
If we sent our an email blast and we're wanting to send out an end of the month reminder for certain cars/buying cars to reach a quota we now can't because of limitations. Which can reflect our scheduling, but we shouldn't have to schedule around a systems limitations, rather, we should be able to set our own as a dealer.
Thank you!
