Unreplied chats needs an option to remove without ignoring

We need a feature in unreplied chats that allows us to remove it from the list, without "ignoring" the conversation. The lack of such an option makes it impossible to effectively manage what chats actually need attention and are being left unresponded and which ones simply said "ok thanks" or some sort of closed ended answer that doesn't require a response.

Thanks for sharing this, Vatche Kevorkian — totally hear you on the workflow friction here. Not being able to clear out “closed” threads without marking them as ignored would definitely make it harder to see what truly needs attention.
