Typing Bubble for employees response to customer

Have a typing bubble for in house employees.. If BDC is responding let sales people know they are working on a response with a typing bubble or Vise versa.. Doesn't need to be for the customers even though that would be really nice to have that feature as well.

- How important is it for the typing bubble feature to be visible to all employees versus just specific teams like BDC and sales?
- Would you like the typing bubble feature to include any additional information, such as estimated time to response or employee name?
- Is there a specific platform or tool within DriveCentric where you would like this typing bubble feature to be implemented first?
