Turning off/Limiting Tagging

Sales people tag managers and then never go back to the lead. If we could limit tagging so the sales people have to actually walk up and engage with their manager and work the deal instead of tagging and abandoning. Be able to let managers tag other managers and sales people but not let sales people tag managers.

Managers have multiple screens open and might not see a tag right away but if the sales person stands infront of them- it will engage both of them for the customer to make a deal
