Translate to Spanish feature

We also need a translate response feature
Shelby Parker
Thanks for sharing this, Jamila Laine — really helpful context. Just to make sure we’re scoping the Spanish translation the right way: where in DriveCentric do you need it (messages your team sends to customers, messages customers send back to you, or both)? Which channels should it cover (email, SMS/text, chat, social messaging), and is there one you’d want us to prioritize first? And when you say “translate response,” are you looking for something that auto-translates by default, or an on-demand translate option per message?

Just a thought. You offer a translate option to send to Spanish customers. What about the response?

What about the response? I am not sure I understand the question there sorry. Would you mind sharing more details.

They respond in spanish. So we have to go to google to find out what they are saying

Yes there is no way to translate the words back that they are saying through the CRM. The genius if hired will respond in Spanish but will not translate.

Right, so can this be added as a future feature?

Messages the customer sends back.
