Training to collect Phone Number

We have a few stores that have a high amount of email only leads. We are looking at a potential change to our form fills/website process to make a phone number mandatory on some of the CTAs, but we thought it would also be good to have the ability to have genius request a phone number from the customer if the lead comes in as an email only. In digging through data, we were able to confirm that without a phone number we deliver 0% so having the ability to still collect email only leads but also have genius help to try and collect a phone number would help us to convert those customers. Genius could say something like “If you’d like, I can text you updates and options. What’s the best number to reach you?”
