TRade info in customers profile card

I would like to see the trade info for any dead deal to stay in the customers profile. searching in the mining tab seems ridiculous to me when I already have the customer profile open in front of me. Once I have the customers info in their profile, until they tell me they no longer have that vehicle it should stay in the profile so that I can pull the vin number in case I need it in 6 months when they come back to buy if they didn't buy before and so on. Why this isn't already a feature is beyond my comprehension. Its the most basic feature and the current method is very inconvenient, and 99% of your clients don't know how to find this information when they need it. I know that no one at my dealership knows how to find this info. Your last rep claimed the info was there but even after trying to find it the way it was explained I didn't get the info I wanted. I am frustrated that I had to put this request in twice.

Totally hear you on how frustrating and inconvenient it is to have trade info disappear from the customer profile (especially when you just need to grab the VIN months later) and then have to hunt through Mining. I’m sharing this with the team for review so we can assess the best path forward, and if you’re open to a quick follow-up: can you confirm where in the customer profile you’d expect the trade info to live, and whether this is specifically for “dead deals” or for any deal status?
