I believe adding either to the Pipeline or another line for the store total, teams and individual salespeople adding the ability to see what they are tracking or pacing for the month would be awesome!!

Thanks for sharing this, Thomas Ieracitano — totally hear you on how useful monthly tracking/pacing would be at the store, team, and individual level. To make sure we’re designing the right view, can you clarify which monthly metrics you’d want to pace against (units, gross profit, appointments, leads, close rate, revenue, etc.)? Also, who should be able to see pacing and how should it roll up (store total vs team vs individual) — do you want everything visible in one place, or more of a drill-in flow? Lastly, what’s the main outcome you’re hoping this supports during the month (coaching, shifting leads/resources, adjusting goals, forecasting where you’ll land)?
