TOO MANY PROFILES

Vin Solutions has a feature that keeps Customer Profiles tidy and sales staff happy. If any information being created by a sales rep matches another already created profile a pop up appears saying a manager must authorize the new profile. This is much better than a "skate alert". It would keep the profiles from stacking up too. Right now we sometimes have 3-5 profiles created for the same customer. One might be for the husband. One might sneakily be for the wife. One might have the same phone number and sneaky use a middle name. One might change the spelling for example Tabitha & Tabatha. It's ridiculous. If the CRM were clean everyone benefits. Unfortunately greedy human nature being what it is, having management as the arbiters would keep EVERYONE HAPPY. and the CRM neat and tidy. Seems like a simple fix. I love drive Centric, but Vin Solutions has a better system for this as of now. I hope you change fix the problems.
