Thanks for posting this, Austin Surette — great suggestion. To make sure we’re thinking about the right kind of #TOKEN, can I clarify a couple things? Where are you hoping to use the lead source token (emails/texts, templates, tasks/notes, export/reporting, etc.)? And when you say “lead source,” should it pull the original source from when the lead was created, the current/most recent source, or a specific source field you’re using? Lastly, if a lead doesn’t have a source set, what would you want the token to show (blank, a default value, or something like “Unknown”)?
