I would like to request a Personal To-Do List sidebar within DriveCentric that allows users to create and manage internal productivity tasks that are not tied to a specific customer record.
Currently, tasks are primarily customer-based. However, sales associates have daily responsibilities that are not CRM-contact related but directly impact performance, such as:
Posting inventory to Facebook Marketplace
Creating social media content
Recording vehicle walkaround videos
Completing OEM training
Prospecting orphan owners
General prospecting or marketing activities
