Timed Notifications and Alerts for Managers

TOO MUCH NOISE. As a General Manager or Manager I don't need to hear an alert for every text message. I have spoken to multiple stores and they all say the same thing... too much noise at the sales desk so they all shut it off... We need the ability to have timed sound notifications. as an operator or manager I need the ability to get a text message sound alert after the text has not been responded to at the time I specify... 5 mins, 10... maybe 30 or an hour. Please make this adjustment. Until this change is made, in my experience most managers are not using this sound function which is a shame because it is a great idea.

Is it possible to adjust the timing on the Audio Notification Alerts by user type/permission group?
BDRs, BDMs and Internet Managers probably need to get an alert for every text and/or email that comes through; however, sales managers do not. Sales Managers might want to have the option to only hear/set an alert if a text/email isn't answered within a set time limit (maybe 5 or 10 minutes) and definitely if over an hour or not at all.

- Can you provide more details on how you would like the timing of notifications to be customizable? For example, would you like to set specific time intervals for different types of notifications?
- Are there any other types of notifications, besides text messages, that you would like to have this timed alert feature for?
- Would you find it useful to have different alert settings for different times of the day or different days of the week?

- I would like there to be options for text message notification regarding the audio alert. I do NOT want to hear an alert for every text message. I DO want to hear an alert if a test message has not been responded to after a period of time. I would like ignored text sound options for 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour.
- I would like an option for the audio alert for leads as well. As the dealer operator I don't need to know each time a lead comes in, but I would love an alert if that lead is not answered in an amount of time. Those time options should be 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes.
- I had not considered different alert times for different times of the day or days of the week, thats a cool thought... sure, I guess that could be useful.
** I would also like team leaders to have the option to only hear alerts for their team on notifications, leads, and texts. That would be really great!
