When you say tags, are you referring to activities (email, video, text, call) or adding certain Customer Tags? And "move the lead" - are you referring to moving the customer from a Lead to another Pipeline stage (Engagement, Visit, etc)? Do you want the deal automatically marked as dead after a certain time frame or action?
