Thanks for sharing this, Stevie Sloter — totally hear you on wanting to throttle lead volume per rep each month. To make sure we’re solving the right problem, can you share a bit more context on (1) the main goal behind the cap (workload balancing, fairness, performance tracking, compliance, etc.)? (2) once a rep hits their monthly limit, what should happen to any new leads that would’ve been assigned to them (reroute to other reps, hold until next month, send to a manager/queue)? and (3) would this be a single limit for everyone, or do you need different monthly limits by rep/role/team?
