The direct chat icon location should be placed in different spots on the mobile site versus the desk top

I had to move the icon because it blocked important information on our mobile site and annoyed users but now it is blocking pricing information on our desktop application.

Thanks for posting this, April Finnin-Rink — totally hear you on how disruptive it is when the chat icon ends up covering key content. To help us understand the best path forward, could you share (1) which specific pages/sections it’s blocking on mobile vs. desktop (e.g., vehicle details, pricing area, forms), (2) what you’d ideally want per device — a consistent fixed position on mobile vs. desktop, or something that can shift by page/section to avoid covering content, and (3) how urgent this is and what impact you’re seeing so far (complaints, drop in engagement/conversions, users unable to view pricing)?

Shelby Parker, please look at this link, the chat icon covers up pricing on our units, https://finninkia.com/viewdetails/new/kndrhdjg3t5479668/2026-kia-sorento-hybrid-sport-utility?type=cash wait about 15 seconds for the chat icon to load and it covers up the price line which clients like to see. On the desktop it should show right on the bottom right hand side of the screen on our website.
