Texts go to the right person

Texts imported into the system should go to the corresponding employee and not automatically assign to who is on the customer card. For instance, as a Manager, customers will text me from my manager email. However, I do not see the message as a text to me because Drive labels it as if it is a text to the sales pro on the file because the customer has never texted with me before.

Hey Cari Jess Heinz - can you provide more clarity here? You mention emailing the customer but the post is in regard to text. Texts will alert the user who the text was sent from, and responded to.

Drew Adler sure thing! I have a manager email that goes out automatically with me as the sender. The customer texted my direct number. As a manager, I am not on the deal. Drive centric showed the text as if it was sent to the sales pro on the file. But you can see inside of our texting portal (GoTo) that the text was actually to me, the manager. I spoke with support on the issue and even though the text was sent to me, it will show as a reply to the sales pro since the customer and I have not texted before.
