With multiple carriers having different MMS file size limits and with the majority of standard messaging apps using some form of file compression to send photos and videos and whereas drive centric already uses such compression technology to send videos; It is absolutely mind boggling that in 2024 they don't do the same thing with photos. I haven't been able to have photos deliver to customers that I've noticed for the better part of two months but It's probably been longer. This needs changed IMMEDIATELY. Please add compression to photos!

I would like a bar that tells me if the pictures I attach to a email or text message gets too big before I send it. At least it would help me gauge if I can fit another picture in the message. It saves time because I would know before hand that there are too many pictures or the file is too big. That should fix the wait time for me to see it failed to send message and having to redo it again.

Hello, I have recently had a couple of instances where clients will ask me to send them a couple of photos of a car, I send them and go on with my day. There have been a couple of instances where I follow up the next day whether via phone or text asking if they received my photos. They have all said that they haven't received them and sometimes I have to send them to the customer from my personal phone. DriveCentric's seemingly lack of ability to send photos via text has now cost me two car deals. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED.

Karl Schmidt It happens anytime I try to send photos via the mobile app. I never send photos from a desktop.

Shawn Goebel: every time I've seen it happen it was from the mobile app. Sales guys would try to send 5-8 pics to customers and only the 1st one would go through
