There will be multiple phone numbers in the profile sometimes like today i was speaking with husband and wife when I hit reply i feel like it should automatically go to the number I hit reply to or the most previous incoming text from that number if they just messaged in on it. This will save time and the awkwardness of having 2 separate numbers and accidentally not correcting the phine number for the same person but communicating with multiple ppl aka husband and wife

HI Tonya,
In the example you described, we recommend making the husband and wife two separate customer records to avoid this issue (and others). Their customer cards can be linked via a husband/ wife connection which was recently added to the customer card. I hope this helps.
