Text Number Needs Visibility in Mobile App

When a client has multiple numbers opted in (spouses, cosigners, work lines, etc.) there is no way to differentiate which number is texting you when you are in the chat function in the app like it does on the "activity page".

When you go to send a text on the app it will not show the number you have been already texting. So if there are multiple numbers under the profile you have to make sure you're texting the right one.

as it stands right now when you get a text from a guest and view your text through the app it doesn't tell you which number texted you so if you call you need to remember which number they were using.
It would be super useful if you could see the exact number you are texting in the texting tab

It would be nice to see what number we are using to text customers via drive centric because customers ask what number to text documents over to however I never know what number to tell them and have to give them my personal cell.

Great to hear your perspective, Hugh Lipscomb! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you clarify if you need to see the number for all outgoing texts or just for specific situations?
- Would it be helpful to have the number displayed within the CRM tool or would you prefer it to be sent to you in a different way?
- Are there any privacy or security concerns we should be aware of when displaying the texting number?

Can I also add if you try to read the address of a guest from the app it usually cuts off at the ZIP code? maybe they could add another line to print the entire address

- Can you clarify if you would like to see the phone number in all text conversations or only in certain situations?
- Are there any specific scenarios where having the phone number visible would be most beneficial?
- Would you find it useful to have the phone number displayed only while you're actively texting, or would you prefer it to be visible at all times in the texting tab?

Shelby Parker: Any time I open the activity tab or the texting tab on the mobile site and look at a message sent to me I should be able to see what number sent me the message
when you are texting a customer back
It should always be visible, if you are reading a message you should be able to see where it is from

Currently can't see which phone number or email address customers are replying to with the mobile app. Extremely important to see which number or email address they're replying from when they have multiple points of contact.

Jon Shotter Thank you for the feature request! Question on this, are you not seeing this happen currently on the Mobile app? I ask because you should see the Customer's number when sending a text or replying to a message from a customer. Thank you!
