When a client has multiple numbers opted in (spouses, cosigners, work lines, etc.) there is no way to differentiate which number is texting you when you are in the chat function in the app like it does on the "activity page".

Thanks for that . If you can check now after update why we can’t send videos in landscape anymore. It’s either portrait or upside down now

The Activity Tab now displays the customer number associated with incoming texts, so you always know which number a message came from.

In the drive centric app when receiving a text, it does not show which number it came from. in the next app update, please ask them to show this.
i have a client that has 2 numbers - both numbers opted in and i don't know which one to reply to

If a customer has multiple phone numbers and I am trying to figure out which one I reached them at in the past, I normally scroll down to that phone call and read the number to match it and call the correct number. This works fine on computer but on the mobile app there is no way to see which number was used in the past.

Definitely need this. It is very difficult to tell what number we texted or called a customer after the fact on the mobile app. You can see the number only if you are replying to an unreplied message. This helps differentiate between clients with multiple numbers.

When you go to send a text on the app it will not show the number you have been already texting. So if there are multiple numbers under the profile you have to make sure you're texting the right one.

as it stands right now when you get a text from a guest and view your text through the app it doesn't tell you which number texted you so if you call you need to remember which number they were using.
It would be super useful if you could see the exact number you are texting in the texting tab
