Create a report showing sent, open, replies, and clicks for email templates. Allows a dealer to see the effectiveness of the templates they created and know what they need to do to drive engagements. Needs to also include both manual emails, auto emails, and ai emails. I attached a copy of the content performance report in VINsolutions as an example of what to look for.

I'd like to be able to access reporting for e-mail templates. Currently, the only available reporting is through Store Settings > Templates, and it's limited to how many were sent out since the beginning of time, and how many were replied to. I'd like to be able to manipulate timeframe, see which customers replied, and when templates are being sent out.

- Are there any specific metrics or data points you would like to see in addition to replies and send times?
- How frequently do you anticipate needing to access this reporting?

- I'd like to look at monthly snapshots to ensure my team is sending them out regularly.
- I'd like to see who is engaging with the e-mails. Also, if I make any tweaks to the template, I'd like to see if that improves engagement.

- How frequently would you like these reports to be generated and accessed?
- Do you need the ability to filter or sort the data in specific ways?

Shelby Parker I want to see email send, open, reply, click, and opt out rates sorted by email template (if you could also track when someone replies stop to a text that would be huge). I’d want to be able to sort by template and click to see the customers who opened/replied/opted out so I can follow-up with them. I’d like to be able to see how effective templates are along with manual emails and ai generated content to see how customers engage and where there is opportunity to make changes to the message content, coaching, or follow-up.
- Typically I access this report in other CRMs monthly and look at a rolling 60 or 90 days so being able to adjust the date ranges is useful.
- I’d want to be able to sort by all the columns and rows. I can send you an example report from another CRM to show what I’m looking for.
