Be able to create teams without a team lead so the system doesn't mess with manager follow up or make a team leader which doesn't exist in many stores do a managers job. Simply have the team for communication ie. at our store our floor is split in half and only one team member on each side is ever off at the same time, so they can assist with their teams un replied communication and see who is here for them on the showroom. We would prefer this than the full store as its way too much information overload.
