Tasks Under 2 Salespeople / BDC Agents After Merge

When a lead is merged under the correct Lead Source, the original tasks remain open under both the Salesperson and BDC. This creates duplication of effort and multiple outreach attempts to the same customer (e.g., Genius, Salesperson 1, Salesperson 2), which confuses both the customer and our internal team.
Additionally, duplicated tasks inflate workplans and increase manager workload, since managers must manually delete them—if they’re even caught by Sales or BDC.
Request: After a merge, the system should automatically remove old tasks and retain only those assigned to the active Salesperson/BDC on the customer record.
