Thanks for sharing this, Ajaz Sheikh — totally hear you on needing something more “can’t-miss” than a standard task list for time-specific call-backs. To make sure we’re thinking about the right solution, could you clarify a couple things: in which scenarios do you most need an alarm/pop-up (scheduled call-backs, appointments, follow-ups, etc.), and who on your team would rely on it? When it fires, do you need an in-app pop-up while you’re in DriveCentric, a notification even if you’re not actively in the app, or both? And should the reminder be tied to a specific customer/lead record so you can jump straight into that context, or would a standalone calendar-style reminder work?

I was going to write up a post on the same thing and thought I'd look for it instead. A pop up reminder with options for pop up or email reminders, 1 hour before, time of event, etc.

How long does it take for something like this to become active?

Yes! we were just talking about how beneficial this would be, for example we share inventory with our entire auto group so sometimes we need to get a vehicle before the appointment but we might forget when we set it in the morning but the appointment is later in the day or the next day so to have the ability to set a reminder that will pop up and/or make a sound on desktop would be great so we can remind ourselves or a coworker to have someone go get the vehicle

this would be great, especially since most will have 100 tasks or more per day. Be great to have a reminder of a timed task that needs to be completed
