Tasks: Assign to Sales 1 or Another Associated User at Top of Dropdown

When creating a task, at the top of the Assign To dropdown, it would be nice if the above the user names was simply Sales 1, Sales 2, BDC, Service BDC. This would eliminate having to search for the name if you want to assign to an associated user.

- How often do you need to assign touchpoints to salespeople, and how does the current process impact your workflow?
- Are there specific criteria or rules that should determine which salesperson a touchpoint is assigned to?
- Would you like the option to automatically assign touchpoints to salespeople based on certain conditions or triggers?

Shelby Parker Right now I'm assigning dozens of touchpoints daily so it slows down my workflow.
I think it would be helpful to have an option up top, above all of the salespeople's names, that's just Sales1 and maybe Sales2 ,so that we don't have to scroll to find the salesperson by alphabetical order.
I'm not sure I understand what you mean by the 3rd question. Most of these touchpoints I'm assigning are for customers who are past the end of the applied business rule so ideally I'd love to be able to put them into a new process/business rule instead of having to individually assigning follow up tasks.
