Task Timelines

We need a true recurring follow-up task feature added to DriveCentric. Right now there’s no clean way to keep long-term prospects in a consistent cadence without manually resetting tasks every time.
What we need:
A recurring task option with selectable frequencies: daily, weekly, bi weekly, monthly, bi monthly, quarterly, yearly
Tasks automatically regenerate after completion with no manual re-entry
Ability to apply this to any contact regardless of process or stage
Option for no end date or a defined stop date
Full visibility inside Smart Tasks or the main task dashboard
This would allow us to maintain consistent long-term follow-up without relying on manual workarounds or inconsistent process usage.
Right now the workaround is pushing tasks forward manually or trying to fit customers into processes that don’t match real buying timelines, which creates gaps and lost opportunities.
If this already exists, we need clear training on how to use it. If not, we’d like this submitted as a feature request.

Thanks for writing this up, Marqus Jones — totally hear you on how much manual task resetting can break a long-term follow-up cadence. This is really helpful context (especially the frequency options, auto-regeneration on completion, and visibility in Smart Tasks/the main dashboard). I’m sharing this with the team for review, and if we need any additional details around your exact workflow or how you’re managing tasks today, I’ll follow up.
