TASK ORGANIZING

I would love to be able to organize the tasks I set and see the note I put in said task while in my work plan. The only equivalent we have currently I to organize by date- this does not show the note you put in to it only sense of urgency with time. We can use green yellow or red color wording but would like for my tasks to CALL or SEAT APPOINTMENT to be found in column's same as how you can organize work plan by engaged or lead status just with tasks
