It would be great if instead of left message, did not leave message, bad number, etc. there were options for did not leave voicemail such as voicemail is full, or no voicemail if they have not set one up. Instead of typing that into notes every time on why I am not leaving a voicemail.

- Are there any other common reasons for not leaving a voicemail that should be included as options?
- Would having these options improve your workflow or efficiency when managing customer interactions?

Everyday among numerous calls. I am an internet manager. If I am not leaving voicemails to a lead there should be a reason. I constantly am typing out why when making calls. Common reasons include Voicemail box is full, Voicemail has not been set up yet, no voicemail box (just keeps ringing). This would definitely improve workflow, and keep from typing these into call notes 10-20 times every day.
