I would like a report that shows your fumbled tags if it doesn't already exist. This way we can hold people accountable when they do follow through without having to click into each customer.

- What specific information would you like to see in the fumbled tags report?
- How frequently would you like this report to be generated or accessed?
- Who in your team would primarily use this report, and for what purpose?

- I would like to see if the tag was viewed with in a time frame set and if action was taken.
- I would like this to be a live time report accessible at any point in the day inside the daily activity report.
- We would use this mostly to make sure when the sales desk or BDC is tagging sales people to do videos or other various tasks they are being completed in a timely manor in order to pass to another rep if needed.
