Tag BDC on AIM Service Leads

Instead of AIM tagging sales rep attached to deals, if AIM creates a Service lead, could it tag designated BDC staff? Right now, sales reps/managers are being tagged on service leads, but BDC is not being directly notified.

- Who should be notified in the BDC when a service lead is created?
- Are there specific criteria for which BDC staff should be tagged on service leads?
- Is there a preferred method or platform for notifying BDC staff about service leads?

- I can only speak for our dealership, but we have one user who is "type = BDC" and that would be who we'd want tagged on Service leads. She is in DriveCentric only to monitor the AIM Service leads, so if she got tagged on them, that would be ideal. Even if that's not doable, if AIM could refrain from tagging sales team members on Service leads, that would be an improvement. Since the AIM leads are still visible to our BDC person via the left side tab.
- For us, anytime AIM determines a lead is a "Service Lead" - it would be ideal for it to tag our BDC team member. It's extremely rare for a sales person to need to be tagged on any of our Service leads.
- Tagging her should then send her a push notification (mobile) and bell icon (desktop), which should suffice.
