System Woke Deal...

On the workplan I had a guest that was "system woke deal from snooze". Guest was contacted and the task was completed. The action will not delete. How do I delete the task?

Just so we can pinpoint what’s going on: when you try to delete the action, what exactly happens (does it reappear, is the delete option missing/disabled, or do you see an error message)? Also, are you looking to remove only the completed task from the Workplan, or to clear the underlying “system woke deal from snooze” activity from the guest record as well? And lastly, does this only happen with system-generated tasks like that one, or are you unable to delete manually created tasks too?

Under action, there is a yellowish check mark. When I completed to task, I tried to delete, but it reappears, I don't know if the delete option is missing or disabled and I have not seen an error message. I am only looking to remove the completed task from the workplan. I have only seen this in the system-generated tasks when it is a system woke deal from snooze.
