subscription to tasks and Calendar

it would be very productive if i had an option to subscribe to my tasks and calendar events that are within the crm so that they will show up on all of my devices and i will not need to manually duplicate them.

Thanks for sharing this, elias moore — totally hear you on not wanting to duplicate tasks and events across devices. To make sure we’re thinking about the right kind of subscription/sync, could you clarify a couple things: which calendar/task apps you’d want to connect to (Google Calendar, Outlook/Office 365, Apple Calendar, etc.)? Also, do you need both CRM calendar events and CRM tasks to show up there, or would one cover the main use case? And lastly, are you looking for a two-way sync (changes in the external app update back in DriveCentric) or is a one-way feed from DriveCentric to your devices enough?

Shelby Parker hey Shelby, I appreciate the quick response! personally, I use apple products for all of my calendar events and tasks. I think that a separation of events and tasks would be best, for example; task: call guest or follow up at specific time, calendar event: appointment with guest from time to time. to keep things technically simple I think a one-way feed (from CRM to my phone, computer, tablet, watch...etc) would suffice.
