The subject line should have a drop down menu of previous used subject lines

Thanks for posting this, Matthew Ruderman — really appreciate the suggestion. Quick couple questions so we can make sure we’re solving the right thing: where in DriveCentric are you thinking of the subject line dropdown (email campaigns, 1:1 emails, text messages, templates, etc.)? And what’s the main outcome you’re after — reusing your own past subject lines, keeping things consistent across the team, or just speeding up sends? Lastly, should that list be limited to subject lines you’ve used, or include anything used by your dealership/team?

Shelby Parker Where the subject line is when sending an email. I don't always use templates, I usually use the same subject line over and over when typing custom emails
