Shelby Parker If I forward an email to a client or manager. It would aid the scenario by explaining the purpose of sending the email in the email. Rather than needing a prior discussion or using the note's "tag" feature (@user)

Michael "MJ" Jarvis Agreed. Basic email functionality and lack of features is Centric's biggest weakness. Shouldn't need to take "votes" which is really designed to placate. The odds of Centric of providing rudimentary enhancements like your common sense suggestion, or allowing for signature modifications or allowing for a temporary out-of-office 'auto reply' is slim to none.
