To make sure we’re chasing the right gap with the CDK push, could you clarify a couple things: which specific figures you need included in the deal structure (price, taxes/fees, accessories/add-ons, trade, rebates, payments, etc.), and which are must-haves vs nice-to-haves? Also, when in your workflow do you expect those numbers to show up in CDK (on create, on update, or only once it’s sold/contracted)? And lastly, are you seeing this with every deal you send to CDK, or only certain ones (and if so, anything those deals have in common)?
