Store Workplan

Would like to have a Store Workplan to work all daily tasks on one page vs. having to click multiple work plans if I have multiple salespeople off.

Thanks for sharing this, Kris Garcia — totally hear you on the extra clicking when you’re covering for multiple people. To make sure we’re designing the right kind of Store Workplan, can I ask a couple quick things: what “daily tasks” would you want to manage from that single page (follow-ups, calls, appointments, leads, etc.), and is the main win here speed vs. visibility vs. making sure nothing slips? When multiple salespeople are out, would you want one combined/unified list of their items, or more of a switch/filter view so you can toggle between them without opening separate workplans? And lastly, who’s the primary user for this (manager/BDC/sales rep), and would it be scoped to one store at a time or across multiple rooftops you manage?

Shelby Parker My main win is not missing opportunities that are sitting in the fresh bucket, while still being able to catch reminders and handle older follow-ups on behalf of people who are out. I’d love one combined/unified list of their items so I can work everything from a single page without switching between separate workplans.
Primary users would be Manager / BDC, and it would mainly be scoped to one store at a time.
Appreciate you digging into this!
