Hi there my understanding is the leads are going to each sales person as soon as they clock in and it is stops once they clocked out as is right now. Based on our current set up. The problem I am having is they always forget to clock out. So they receive the leads after hours as well that is hurts our response time and also our costumer service. The system only clocks them out automatically at 11:30pm. Can we change that time for 7:30 pm and Saturday for 6pm. If it is not possible to do 2 different time then just set it up for 7:30 plz. Thank you!
