I REALLY - REALLY - REALLY need Sarah to stop talking when certain conversations are happening. As a sales manager, trying to appease customers post sale, or after a car sold to someone else, or when the customer and I are having a conversation thats very serious and has nothing to do with setting an appointment or asking "if they need anything" I really have no other way but to emphasize how BADLY I wish I could tell Sarah to shut up. We NEED something that can pause/resume Sarah activity that only a manager can engage.
