I know we want the AI to be personable but asking about people's spouses and children has been giving us the ick recently. We had 2 people respond with "We are divorced" and a "My wife died a year and a half ago". My favorite was "Who are you and why are you asking about my son" when AI mentioned "your little man". Is this a behavior we can modify?

This is really helpful context (especially the examples), and I’m sharing it with the team so we can review the behavior and what knobs we have to tone it down. If you’re able to share a couple of the exact messages/conversation snippets where it happened (even anonymized), that would help us reproduce and adjust it more reliably.
