We should be able to designate a customer as a spanish speaker so that Genius can communicate via text/email in spanish.

Keith Wills Genius is able to read the lead note that is created with the customer as well as read messages from the customer to determine language. If you are unsure, you can add a note to the customer record saying that they are spanish speaking and that should aid the AI as well.
