If you guys could eventually separate vehicle exchange leads in campaign from the outbound prospects/contacted in the pipeline and engaged buckets, it would make sorting through a lot easier to manage.

- What specific criteria or attributes should be used to separate vehicle exchange leads from other prospects in the campaign?
- How frequently do you need to access or sort these vehicle exchange leads separately from other leads?
- Are there any specific reporting or analytics features you would like to see for vehicle exchange leads?

- Specific Criteria/attributes would be customers that have appointments on RO's (Repair Orders) or are current/recent service customers, where as outbound prospects are customers created from cold call sheets/orphan lists.
- These leads are frequently accessed and during weekly/monthly reporting, it would save a large amount of time and effort cross referencing or sorting every vehicle exchange customer from the campaign bucket.
- Reporting analytics should include leads received, leads engaged %, appointment set %, appointment shown %, appointments sold %, vehicles sold, MOM performance, YOY performance, street purchases MTD, RO's MTD if possible.
Using the screenshot below as a reference, the easiest fix I could see would be adding Vehicle Exchange to its own source and leave/change campaign to Outbound Prospects.
